Brumby’s Franchise Partners, Bulimba (QLD)
Lara and Scott Russell have owned Brumby’s Bulimba since 2012 and are one of the network’s top-performing stores. In 2019 the pair made national headlines as the makers of Australia’s best lamington, and in September, Scott and Lara were named finalists in the Franchisee of the Year category.

Our store is a family affair. My husband and I have worked here for 16 years, our two kids help out in the store, and my mum even comes in at 6am to help with the baking. Our customers and team members are part of the family too – we’ve seen them grow up from kids who love donuts to parents who bring their own kids in for a treat!

Michel’s Franchise Partners, Toronto (NSW)
Greg and Annie have owned Michel’s Toronto for the last seven years and are known for hosting local personalities, Premiers and Cabinet Ministers. In 2016 the pair were named as the Supreme Retailer of the Year and in 2019, they were crowned Franchisees of the Year by the National Retail Association.

Crust Pizza Franchise Partners, Mt Lawley (WA)
Michelle and Joe Rechichi opened the Crust Mt Lawley store back in 2012, and more than 7 years on, they still have some of their original staff working in store. This franchise partner team were nominated by the National Retail Association as finalists in the 2019 Franchisee of the Year Award.
