Pizza Capers is partnering up with Byron Bay Chilli Co. to bring a selection of new pizzas and sides for this year’s Inferno Range.

The Inferno Range was first launched in 2012 and has since taken spicy pizza lovers by storm. This year’s iteration sees long-term Pizza Capers’ partner, Byron Bay Chilli Co., come to the forefront with some of their classic chilli sauces and a brand new to market BBQ sauce.

2022’s Inferno Range sees a return of one of last year’s favorites together with the introduction of 2 new pizzas and 2 new wings flavors. For the first time, the range will also cater to flexitarians and vegetarians with the inclusion of a plant-based protein option for one of the new pizzas.

“Our Inferno Range is a crowd favourite and we are thrilled to take our customers’ taste buds to new heights with Byron Bay Chilli Co.’s delicious sauces,” said Jon Paul Partyka, General Manager of Pizza Capers.  “Joining forces with a brand that is well known for adding zest to meals was a natural choice and key for adding our plant-based options to the range where compromise on taste was not an option.”

The limited time only range launched in all Pizza Capers stores August 9th and includes:

Tropical Thunder Pizza: If sweet and spicy speaks to you, then look no further than the Tropical Thunder.  A kick of Byron Bay Chilli Co. Smokin Mango Chilli sauce and featuring premium sliced ham, smoke cured pepperoni, pineapple, red capsicum and mozzarella, on a tomato sauce base. Finished with fresh avocado salsa and creamy ranch.

Meat The Devil Pizza: As the name suggests, this pizza is perfect for meat lovers. Devilishly spiced candied jalapenos, premium sliced beef, chorizo, ground beef, rasher bacon and mozzarella on a TomatoQue sauce base. TomatoQue is Pizza Capers’ special blend of a BBQ and classic tomato pizza sauce. Garnished with fresh shallots – devilish!

Firebird Pizza: Pump up the heat, Byron Bay Chilli Co. Heavenly Habanero Hot Sauce with crumbed chicken bites and rasher bacon with Spanish onion, corn, chilli flakes and mozzarella, on a tomato sauce base with a delicious chilli cheese crust. Finished with fresh green and red chillies in case it wasn’t hot enough already.

Plant-based Firebird Pizza: Vegetarians don’t miss out, Byron Bay Chilli Co. Heavenly Habanero Hot Sauce with crumbed plant-based chicken bites, Spanish onion, corn, chilli flakes and mozzarella, on a tomato sauce base with a mind-blowing chilli cheese crust. Not to skimp on flavour, finished with a sprinkling of fresh green and red chillies.

Vegan Firebird Pizza: Vegan?  We’ve got you covered, with Byron Bay Chilli Co. Heavenly Habanero Hot Sauce, crumbed plant-based chicken bites, Spanish onion, corn, chilli flakes and vegan mozzarella, on a tomato sauce base with a fiery vegan chilli cheese crust. Finished with a sprinkling of fresh green and red chillies.

BBQ Rum Wings:  Six oven-roasted wings, coated in Byron Bay Chilli Co. Bundaberg Rum BBQ Sauce, a mouth-watering experience you won’t forget.
